Shipping Method

It's Shipping Time



When placing your order at, please kindly understand that we only ship orders during
our working days, Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekend and public holiday will be
checked on the next business day (please see our shipping schedules displayed below).


Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your purchased
item(s), and pack your order before we deliver the goods to the shipping company on the following day.
We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we received invoiced full amount transfer.



We’re unable to ship if there are problems occurred regarding the payment.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.



For Domestic Shipping, We use JNE shipping company You can choose the types of service
according to your needs (Economical, Regular, and Fast service). For Jakarta area, the estimated delivery
times is 1-3 working days after shipment. And for other cities in Indonesia, the estimated delivery times is
2-5 working days after shipment, depend on the services type. Delay might occur during public holidays.

We do not guarantee all goods will be delivered on regular time, since there might be some problems
happened such as the address cannot be found due to incomplete address or misspelled address,
or there are no recipient on the destination address. If you find any problem on the delivery process,
​please check your JNE shipping code and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.

If the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping one more time if the mistakes are
due to customer’s condition. If there are any shipping errors coming from us, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).



Please refer to for domestic rates. International rates are upon request. Customers will be charged shipping fees based
on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item
is stated on the product detail page.



Once your order has been shipped via JNE, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
​Your tracking information can also be found by logging in to your account and viewing your order.
