No Refund or Exchangeable
Here at mbymellisalawijaya.com, we only accept exchanges due to some reasons such as:
manufacturing defect, wrong items shipped, and size exchanges.
Please note that all sale items are non refundable or exchangeable.
If this happened, please notify us within 5 business days after you receive your goods.
We will not entertain any defect brought to our attention after 5 days from invoice date.
We will review the situation and the final decision to offer an exchange or refund lies within mbymellisalawijaya.
Returns must be sent back to us within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Late returns over the time limit will not be entertained and the package will be sent back.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and
secured properly in the original packaging. Items must be returned to us unused and unwashed.
We will not be responsible for any lost mails during this return process.
Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking.
We will not proceed on with the return if the package does not reach us and are not liable
for loss mails sent via normal mail.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
For returns and exchanges, we cannot provide pick up service.
Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You can only submit your return request once for each order ID.
So once your receive your exchange, you cannot request an exchange for the same order item and order ID again.
